Inklusio is a dynamic social innovation network and resource hub dedicated to supporting refugees, asylum seekers, migrants, as well as youth, disadvantaged communities such as the disabled, the long-term unemployed, and the elderly. We also serve organizations, communities, and institutions working closely with these groups. Our mission is to engage these underprivileged and minority communities in knowledge development and practical initiatives to promote racial equity, diversity, and inclusion.
Operating from our in-person community center at Lippulaiva Library, Inklusio offers a range of services including language programs, training courses, and events tailored to the unique needs of our users. Our theory of change is grounded in the necessity for innovative development and the exchange of best practices that are responsive to the real-world challenges faced by our community members.
Founded in 2022, Inklusio is a new and growing organization, currently comprising a small but highly skilled team of three staff members. Each team member brings extensive experience from EU projects and has a strong background in volunteering and non-profit work. Our expertise spans language acquisition, course development, training seminars, public events, IT, filmmaking, graphic design, and social media marketing. Additionally, we have the capability to develop apps, further extending our reach and impact in serving our community.
